Two boats and a bouy
Using Topaz Impressions of this shot which started out as reflections from the evening lights along the banks of the River Thames highlighting two small boats gently moving with the movement of the tide so capturing a completely sharp was totally out of the question with a fairly long exposure being needed. Hence the requirement to turn it into something creative!
